Birth Doula Services
* Free No-obligation initial consultation to discuss questions, options, availability, fees, etc.
* 2 Pre-natal visits during which we will review your desires for your birth plan, discuss concerns about labor, delivery, medications, comfort measures, breast feeding, and many other issues that may arise during your pre-natal term. This will also be a time to get to know each other and become comfortable working together.
* Unlimited phone, email, or text contact.
* Access to my lending library.
* 24 hour on-call availability beginning 2 weeks prior to your due date and extending through the time you have delivered your baby.
* Unlimited support for the first 2 hours post-partum or until you are ready for me to depart.
* Immediate post-partum support in establishing breastfeeding.
* 1 Post-partum visit in your home. This is to ensure you are recovering well, baby is feeding well, review your birth, answer questions, coo over your new baby, and just be available for whatever needs may arise immediately after delivery.
Post-partum Doula Services
* 1 meeting prior to delivery, assuming I am not your birth doula, to discuss your needs and expectations.
* In home support in the following areas: light housekeeping, laundry, cooking, newborn and sibling care, breast feeding, fielding calls and visits, pet care, running errands, and anything else a new mom may have need of.
